Deed Gift to
William A. Bailey

Known all men by these presents that I Parks Bailey of Giles County Tenn, for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear to and for my son William A. Bailey of the state of Louisana have this day given granted bargained sold and delivered & by these presents do give grant bargain sell & deliver unto my son William A. Bailey his heirs & forever, a certain negro man slave named Riland aged about twenty six years and I the said Parks will warrant the title of said negro to said William his heirs & forever. Witness my hand and seal this the 5th day of April 1831.
