This Indenture made this nineteenth day of December in the year one thousand, eight hundred and fifty nine between Zachariah and Lilly Ann Hasten his wife of the County of ''Giles State of Tennessee parties of first part and Daily Phillips of the other part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to them in Person paid by the said parties of the second part upon before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is herby acknowledges having remised, releases and give a_____ and by these presents ____, releases and quit claim into the said parties of the second lean and to their heirs and assignes forever all that certain/___ on parcel of land lyng and being situated in the County of Limestone and State of Alabama and bounded on the West of the lands of Nelson Norris and Thomas Phillips on the other by the lands of Thomas Phillips on the east by two land of Phillip Clem and on the north by the stateline, containing thereby six acres more or less together with all and singular the te--------, hereto and appurtenances then unto belonging on or any wise afef--------ing and the revison and revensions remainder __ remainders , issues, and profits then of and also all the estate right-_______, interest,dower, p---------, POSSESSION CLAIM AND DEMAND WHATSOVER AS WELL IN LAW AS IN EQUITY OF THE SAID PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART OF OR TO THE ABOVE discribed premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and discribed premises, together with all the appurtenances unto the said parties oft the second part __________ and their heirs and assigns forever.
