The marriage of Miss Mary Bess McKnight, daughter of Mrs. R.L. McKnight of
Pulaski to Emmett Stanford son of Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Stanford of the Cedar
Grove community took place Sunday Dec. 25 at the home of Esq. M.T. Holt.
Mr. and Mrs. F.E. Holt and Miss Orlean Simpson were the attendants. The
bride wore a dress of teal blue with black accessories.
Following the ceremony the young couple were entertained with a six o'clock
dinner at the home of the groom's parents at which members of the immediate
family were present.
These young people have many friends who wish them much happiness. They are
now at home with the groom's parents.
