My gggg grandfather, Lieutenant Presley D. Ross, fought in the Battle of Tippecanoe. He was the grandfather of my great grandmother, Minnie Ross Austin, who was married to Orville E. Austin in Elkton, Giles County, Tennessee. I have attached the roster of his unit at the time of the battle.
