Complianants represented to the Court that Mrs. ELIZABETH ANN PITTS died at her residence in Giles County, August 15, 1894, intestate. Mrs. PITTS left surviving her children: ALLEN PITTS, ISABELLA who married JOHN WILSON, but was then deceased, and CELESTIA O. PITTS. Granddaughters OLA and EFFIE NEWTON children of deceased daughter SARAH ANN who married "DOC" NEWTON. MRS. ELIZABETH ANN PITTS died owning a tract of 10 acres of land which lay in the 11th District and was bounded North by MARKS, South by HARWELL, East by HARWELL and West by BALLENTINE. Complainants ALLEN PITTS and ISABELLA WILSON suing to have land sold for division among heirs.


NOTE: ELIZABETH ANN daughter of RANSOM and MARY NEAL WELLS married CHARLES H. PITTS.
