Will written 1840

To wife Mary the land on which I live, also one bay filly, one cow,sow, pigs,six head sheep, two bee stands, one thousand pounds pork, corn fodder. To son Jacob for his portion a Note I paid. To daughter Nelly McMillon five dollars her portion. To son Isaac A. McNeese for his portion the sixty acres left to wife at her death and my saddle. The remainer equally divided between William McNeese, John McNeese, Nancy Hall's heirs, James McNeese, George McNeese, Andrew J. McNeese, Martha Burrow, Mary Sutton.
