Will written 1854;

To nephew William H. Wells Negro woman Matilda and her two children Mary Ann, Martha Adeline during her natural life, then to Mary Katherine Wells daughter of W. H. Wells. Negros Green & (illegible) to William H. Wells and at his death to Issac Neal son of my nephew Henry Neal deceased. Executor to sell tract of land. To my brother Matthias G. Neal fifty dollars and my rifle gun. To sister Rebecca Brown twelve dollars fifty cents. To sister Nancy Westmoreland five dollars. To sister Sarah Pitts two dollars fifty cents. To widow and heirs of my late brother Wiley Neal two dollars fifty cents. To nephew Thomas B. Nave double barrel shot gun. To friend Winfield Tucker three hundred dollars. To brother John Neal and sister Mary Wells, and Elizabeth Nave the remainer of my estate to be equally divided.
