of J. M. Portress

Will written 18--

Ninty five acres of land east of Pulaski be sold to pay debts. The remaining to be divided btween my five children in the following manner;

son James B. fifty dollars, daughter Mary Brown Portress fifty dollars more than to my other three children. W. F. Portress, S. E. Grubbs and Lee Portress, they already received fifty dollars each. After death of wife Maria A. Portress remainder of land, livestock, far utensils, household and kitchen furniture be sold and proceeds be equally divided between all my children.
