Last Will and Testament of
Elisha Vinson

Sept. 5, 1873

I Elisha L Vinson do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament herby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Second after all my debts are paid my wish is that my wife Lucy A Vinson have full possession of all my land and stock in fact everything during her lifetime to be at her disposal as she may think best and at her death what may be on hand to be equally divided Between her children & if she thinks best to sell any property to pay my debts either privately or publicly it is my desire so they are paid.

Lastly I do herby nominate and appoint my wife Lucy A Vinson my Executrix.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this 5th September 1873.
