Notes for Andrew J Felker:
Lawrenceburg Times, April 1909:
A. J. Felker

The name of A. J. Felker is familar to every citizen of Lawrenceburg and vicinity and to nearly every one in Lawrence County. It is synonymous with the growth of Lawrenceburg and a name in which every one has the utmost confidence.

Mr. Felker is Marshall of Lawrenceburg, a position which he has held for three years and the duties of which he has discharged creditably and as satisfactorily as any man who has ever filled the office.

He is a native of Giles County and has resided here for the past three years, being successfully engaged in farming and contracting before his election as Marshall.

He is regarded as one of the most fearless officers of the law in this section of the State and on frequent occasions his bravery has led him in dangerous paths in the discharge of his duty, yet his coolness and good judgement have always made him master of the situation.

As a citizen Mr. Felker is both enterprising and progressive. He is an enthusiastic advocate of Lawrenceburg and takes delight with the rest of our citizens in helping build up our city.

There is also a picture of Andrew in this paper.
