1  John JONES:  Born 08 May 1750 Virginia.  Died 16 Sep 1841 Tackett Branch, 
Giles County, TN.  Buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Giles Co, TN.  John JONES 
was a veteran of the Revolutionary War and as far as I know he has a 
commemorative Marker on his grave to honor his Rev War Service.  He stated in 
his Pension Application that he was at Yorktown when Cornwallis surrendered.
