Funeral Services for Linas L. Chambers were held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hesters Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Bernan officiating. Mr. Chambers was born September 22, 1911 and died August 10, 1947. Survivors include his widow Retha Christine Long Chambers, 2 daughters, Jennie Lou and Eva Wil. Four sons, William, Kenneth, Billy, and Johnny Chambers, and the victim's mother Mrs. Jeanette Chambers. McConnell Funeral home in charge of intermet.
