The Baptist Church of Christ at Puncheon Camp met on thursday the 26 of December 1844 & after divine Servis proceade to the Bisnes of the church

1 invites visiting Brethern and sisters to seats with us

2 opened a dore for the Reception of members

3 Brother Wm T Clanton cauld for a letter of dismishon

4 Granted By the church

5 also Brother John Poteat cauld for a letter of dismishon for himself & wife

The Blest church of Christ at Puncheon Camp met on Saturday before the second Sunday in Januray 1845 & after prase prosead to the Bisnes of the church

1 invites visiting Brethern & Sisters of sister churches to seats with us

2 opend a dore for the Rection of members

3 Recived Brother Elihue Roberson and sister Leeanah Roberson his wife By letter & Received Brother Elihue Roberson as a Regular Decon from Shole Chreak Giles County Tennessee


Feb 1845

The Baptist Church of Christ at Puncheon Camp met on Saturday Before the Second Lords day in Feb 1845 & after Devine servis prosead to the Bisnes of the church

1 invites visisting Brethern & sisters of sister churches to seats with us

2 opened a dore for the Reception of members & Reced William T Glasogal into our fellowship upon a decleration of his faith in christ & also Reced William Ares into fellowship of this church upon a decleration of his faith in christ

March 1845

The Baptist Church of Christ at Puncheon Camp met on Saturday Before the second Lords day in March 1845 & after diving service prosead to the Bisnes of the church

1 invites visiting Brethern & Sisters of sister churches to seats with us

2 opened A dore for the reception of members

3 the propriety of choosing A decon according to the request of Brother J Shelton taken up at the last meeting the church say make a choice at this time

4 Elected Brother David Roberson to the office of Deacon

5th agree to petition Bethel Blue waters Second Creek and Andersons Creek and Big Creek for their Ministers and to attend us at that time to form a presbyter

7 the clerk to write the petitionary Letters and Brother Waldrip Bare the Letter to Bethel Brother Elihugh Robinson to Blue Waters Brother John Wood to Anderson Creek Brother Jackson to Second Creek request Brother Allen Shelton to Bare the Letter to Big Creek

8 the Church Agree to appoint the time of her communion until changed ny the order of the Church


April 1845

The Baptist Church of Christ at Puncheon Camp met on Saturday Before the 2 Lords day in April 1845 & after Divine Servis prosead to the Bisnes of the church

1 invited Visisting Brethern & Sisters of sister churches to seats with us opin a door for the Reception of members Received Nancy Jones into the fellowship of this church upon a decleration of her faith in Christ Recieved Brother Thomas & sister Elizabeth Dickson By letter Reced Brother & Sister Daniel & Matilda Marbit By letter

3 called for Reference Begin the Bisnes of the ordination of a decan until A moral

4th in Sunday the Church presented Brother Robinson before the presbytery for the ardination to the office of deacon and after Examination by Brother Lancaster in his faith in the doctrine of the Gospel and being found Saun in the faith of the old Baptist the presbytery proceeded to his ordination by the laying on of hands and prayer and then charge by Brother Stephen Shelton Brath Aspistant Brothern of the presbyter was Elder Lancaster, Stephen Shelton, Reuben Wood, Johnson and James Shelton
