Letter to Pension Board 1918
from
Tymoxsena Dyer Stephenson

This is a letter written by Tymoxsena Dyer Stephenson regarding approval of her widow's pension. I have typed it as she wrote it including misspellings. Her husband, John Cunningham Stephenson was in the Confederate Army so she was entitled to a widow's pension. The first application was sent in, and no answer from the government regarding approval or denial. She sent this letter as a result.

Roane, Texas July 7, 1918
