Will of Spencer Beavers |
I Spencer Beavers do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby
revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made
First= I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys I may be possessed of if sufficient if not by the sale of such property as my Executor may think can be best spared. Secondly=I will and bequeath unto my dear wife Martha all of my real Estate also my Negro girl and all of my personal property and effects of every description during her natural life. Thirdly=I will and direct at her natural death that everything be sold and equally divided between my lawful heirs or children. Fourthly=and lastly=I hereby nominate and appoint George Rice ---as my Executor-In witness where of I do to this my (will (?) set my hand and seal This the 20th day of June 1849--
