I, Carey Gilbert, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses and my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executors. Secondly I am due my children the amt not known but will find it in the Chancery Court at Pulaski on a house and Lots I sold in Pulaski Tenn and never have settled with them. I want it known. Third sell every thing belonging to me or my Estate as the law directs. Fourthly I want all my children to show and ? alike and of my wife Betsy should out live me to have a ? part after all debts and the claim above is paid in the Chancery Clerk office at Pulaski. Last I do hereby nominate and appoint Thomas Reed and Dr. L.L. Gilbert by executors mutual I do to this my will set my hand this 23rd January 1891. Carey Gilbert
