To wife ELIZA L. HARWELL, the place on which I reside on head waters of HURRICANE CREEK. The balance of land to be equally divided between SARAH A. E. MCGEHEE, ADELIA A. KUSSMAN's heirs, HELEN P. KUSSMAN, WILLIAM KUSSMAN & FRITZ KUSSMAN, MORIAH CELESTIA CURTIS and TAYLOR HARWELL. To MARY H. DAVIS, fifty acres and her heirs ANNIE E. DAVIS, MARY H. DAVIS & WILLIAM P. DAVIS. To VICTORIA E. ODENEAL fifty acres.

I desire to be buried with Masonic Honors at Mt. Zion Church by the side of my first wife. To son WILKES W. HARWELL and his children, tract of land. I have already given to my son J. R. HARWELL & daughter JOANNA C. WILKINSON four hundred and thirty two dollars.The eighty-eight acres of land on Indian Creek bought of the late ex-governor JOHN C. BROWN to be divided into equal parts. To son R.J. HARWELL of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter JOANNA C. WILKINSON and three children of my deceased son A. A. HARWELL.
