The following is the will of Elijah A. Kimbrough - copied from the original as exact as spelled in the will: I Elijah A Kimbrough, do make and publish this my will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First, I direct all my just debts paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die posesed of or the first comes into the hands of my Executor. Secondly, I give all my property both real and personal, to my wife Elizabeth Rebecca Kimbrough during her widowhood, but if she marry then my whole estate to be equally divided between her and my children, share and share alike. I do hereby nominate and appoint James White my executor. In witness hereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal This November 29th 1861. Elijah A.
