Will of Nancy Oliver

State of Tennessee, Giles County

June 21st 1865

I make this my last will and testament revoking all others that may have been made theretofore. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Caroline Oliver one bedstead and bed, 2 quilts, 2 sheets, one coverlid, on blanket, one counterpane, one cubbard, one bureau and looking glass, one set small silver spoons (service). I give and bequeath to my grandson, Jefferson Oliver, five sheep, one cow and one desk. (Three) I will and bequeath to my granddaughter, Charlotte Oliver one bedstead and bed, two quilts, two sheets, one coverlid and blanket, one counterpane, chest, and furthermore will to g daughter Ann Oliver one clock, one set lazy table spoons, one table, one set cane bottom chairs, I also will to my grandson, William Oliver one cow, two sheep. I also give to Abania Minney one counterpane. Witness my hand and seal
