After debts and other expeses the remainder of my estate one half to my niece Lucy Black and the other half to Wallter E. Moore and William Lewis Moore provided they survive me. If the above die without issue the estate to Rachel Grubbs widow of Leroy Grubbs, deceased, and her children;
