I Lucy Pully being of sound mind and of disposing memory do make and publish and ordain this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills heretofore made by me, First, I wish all my funeral expenses and all my just debts to be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys I may die possessed of may first come into the hands of my executor hereinafter named--- Second, After the payment of all my just the residue of my estate I give and bequeath to my following children and grand child to be equally divided between them Viz: David M Pully, Sarah Scruggs, widow of Geo Scruggs, dec'd., James Pully, Elizabeth Boswell wife of Thos. Boswell, Lucy A Nelson, wife of James P Nelson, and Mary Lucy Pully daughter of my son , Isaac Pully, dec'd. Third, I hereby appoint my Sons, James Pully and David M Pully, Guardians of my Granddaughter, Mary Lucy Pully to take charge of her portion of the property under the former bequest. Fourth, It is my Will that the portion of my Estate which will descend to my Grand Daughter Mary Lucy Pully under the second clause of this my last will may be placed into the hands of the Guardians heretofore named, and that the same shall not be moved out of the State of Tennessee., and that no part of the property or money that shall come into the hands of the said Guardians she be applied by them to the payment of any claims brought against my said Grand Daughter by her mother, Elizabeth B Hendricks or her Step-Father James Hendricks. Fifth, It is my will that should my Grand Daughter Mary Lucy Pully die leaving no ipine, that her portion of my Estate shall be equally divided between the other hiers named in the 2nd Clause of this will. Lastly, I hereby nominate and appoint my Sons, David M Pully and James Pully Executors to this my last Will and Testament , In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this the Twenty-First day of June A. I am Appointed Executor, and my health being insufficient, I hereby renounce my Executorship, and bequest Henry W Stanley be appointed Adminstrator with will annexed.
