Will of James N. Randall

In the name of God Amen. I James N Randell of the county of Giles & State of Tennessee, being of a sound and disposing mind and memory and desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have the strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and testament. 1st I give and bequeath to my wife Nancy E. Randall all my personal and real estate towit (except what is necessary for paying my just debts) to have and to hold during her natural life and at her death I desire that all the property both personal and real estate be equally divided among all my children. 2) I hereby appoint my friend Elijah A Beasly executor of this my last will and testament and revoke all former wills and testaments by me made. In witness of which I here unto set my hand and seal. This 3rd day of March 1863.
