The last will and Testiment of Joshua Tacker. I Joshua Tacker considering the uncertainly of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susan all my land Estate except forty acres I will and give to my son Jacob to be laid of as follows beginning on John Haswells line in the creek Running with it north to my cotton pach (sic) fence with said line on a line to Rioss (?) line I will to my wife all my stock of hogs cattle and horses except one yoak of oxen I will and give to my son John I further will and give to my wife all my house lots and kitchen furniture and then at her death all to be sold and equily divided between my children I hereby apoint my wife sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 18th day of May 1848
