The children of Jacob Graves Eubank (1831-1916) and Darnitia Hazelwood Eubank (1837-1904) were born between 1863 and 1881, and reared in Giles County. Left to right front row are Mitchell, Thomas, and Robert. Left to right back row are Mamie, Ophelia, and Louella.

Thomas Eubank (Eubanks), born 1805 in North Carolina, died 1877 in Giles County, TN. He married Nancy "Jane" Graves in Caswell Co., NC. They moved to Giles County, and many of the Eubank/Eubanks from Giles County are descended from them. (Thomas is the grandfather of the folks in the above photo.)
